Housing with the soul of history and the comfort of the 21st century
177 m² in the heart of Olomouc
Rarely does the opportunity arise to live in a place where the nobility of old Olomouc combines with the comfort of modern life. This exceptional 177 m² apartment on Nešverova Street in the historic center of the city is exactly such an opportunity.
A space that breathes elegance
The apartment was created by combining two units and thus offers exceptionally generous spaces. Upon entering, you will be charmed by the high ceilings and double doors that tell the story of a house with a long history. The above-standard size of the rooms gives an airy and representative feel.

Home for the whole family
The layout of the apartment is designed with the needs of a large family in mind.
A long hallway runs through the middle of the entire apartment and on both sides there are doors to the individual rooms. On the left is a spacious bedroom (28.1m²), behind it a children's room (20.9m²), a kitchen (28.7m²) with a living room (28.4m²), on the right a dressing room (11.8m²), a children's room (15.7m²), a study (9.8m²) and a bathroom (10.8m²). Opposite the entrance door, at the end of the hallway, there is a separate toilet and a utility room.
The charm of the old and the comfort of the new
The apartment's historical elements are complemented by modern technology: underfloor heating for a feeling of warmth and comfort, a central vacuum cleaner for easy maintenance, and an entrance door in the highest security class to ensure a peaceful sleep.

House of the Teutonic Knights
The plot for the construction of the residential building was purchased from the city in 1903. The construction sketches were created in Vienna at the central order headquarters and subsequently the implementation project was prepared by the building office in Olomouc (Karl Panitschek, Carl Liwanètz and Franz Bernkopf). 320 workers worked on the construction.
The neo-Baroque four-winged building with mannerist details and traditional stone portals with a courtyard is a late analogue of the Viennese Wohnof type.
