Vertical structures
The house is based on a ventilated concrete foundation slab for higher protection against radon, class C20/25. The vertical load-bearing walls are made of 300mm Heluz ceramic fittings (440mm for the outer houses) and 115mm internal partitions.

Horizontal structures
The ceiling structure is a monolithic reinforced concrete slab. The roof structure is a wooden hipped roof. Bramac - Tegalit tiles are chosen as the roof covering.
Isolation
The floors are insulated with harmless polyethylene foil; thermal insulation is not necessary due to the selected materials, which is also proven by PENB , according to which the houses are evaluated as classification class B.

Exterior windows and doors
The windows and balcony doors are wooden Euro windows with triple-glazed insulation. The interior window sills are made of laminated chipboard and the exterior window sills are made of bent aluminum. The entrance door is wooden, security class II with multi-point security fittings, sliding portal.
Heating the house
The entire house has underfloor heating.
The heating and hot water heating system is solved by a ground source heat pump with a NIBE F1245-6 surface ground collector and a heating system from Toptherm.
Air conditioning units are also a matter of course.
Atrium
The clean glass surface without windows and doors is made of triple glazing. It is roofless and maintenance-free. Access is provided from the upper terrace.
