Roof windows

The roof windows in the attic part of the houses facing the street are designed as classic roof windows in houses no. 3, 5 and 6 and as dormer windows in the other houses. Dormers are actually an attractive variant of the roof window solution. Dormers offer a greater view of the surroundings, brighten the space and also significantly increase the usable area of the attic.

Facade

Most of the houses have a classic plaster facade in several shades. The exceptions are houses No. 5 and 9, which are designed with facing brick strips. Klinker facing strips are a luxurious alternative to a conventional plaster facade. These brick strips are also suitable for places exposed to extreme weather conditions and are resistant to fading.

Variant solution for external appearance

Garage

The garage room (UP 20 m2) can be converted into a nice spacious room (children's room, guest room, office) by replacing the garage door with two windows to the street and making other interior modifications (floors, lighting, wiring, etc.). The entrance from the hallway remains the same and there is also a small toilet with a shower directly opposite. Any resulting price difference will be added to the purchase price, along with any other client changes.

Pergola

The project documentation and building permit offer the possibility of building a simple pergola over an outdoor parking space (not a brick garage). The pergola is not included in the basic price, any resulting price difference will be added to the purchase price, along with any other client changes.

Garden terrace

The design of the size and shape of the terrace is drawn in the project documentation. It is possible to adjust the size and shape of the terrace, place any type of pergola, etc. The basic price includes a concrete area without a top surface of 20 m2, the resulting price difference will be added to the purchase price, along with any other client changes.
